* 350g-400g fusilli pasta
    * 225g (8oz) broccoli florets
    * 6 large eggs
    * 4tbsp Pesto
    * Parmesan to serve


   1st The noodles in a large boiling water for 10 minutes (or according to package directions pan) and add the broccoli florets for the last 4 minutes of cooking time. drain in a sieve.
   2nd Place the eggs in a small pan, cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Cook 7 minutes, drain, rinse with clear water and tap shells all over. Remove the shells and chop coarsely.
   3rd Stir Stir the pesto sauce into the pasta and broccoli in the eggs and a lot of ground black pepper. Serve immediately, with grated Parmesan.
