Ingredients

* 2 x 400g cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    * 350g (12 oz) Quorn mince
    * 2 x 350g jars chili sauce pasta
    * 2 tbsp chopped coriander, plus a few leaves for garnish
    * 4 pitta bread
    * 4tbsp low-fat plain yogurt

Method

   1st Place the beans, Quorn mince and chilli pasta sauce in a large microwaveable bowl. Stir, then microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir, then microwave and cook on high return min for another first Stir in the chopped coriander and set aside.
   2nd Warm the pitta bread in the microwave on medium for 50 seconds. Fill split into two halves each, with the chili-bean mixture, spoon into the yogurt and spread with the coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
