Ingredients

    * 1 piece of sourdough bread per person
    * 1 1 / 2 slices of cheese
    * 2 tablespoons piccalilli
    * 1 teaspoon horseradish
    * 2 ounces butter

Method

   1st Slice the bread and toast lightly on one side
   2nd Meanwhile, the vegetables from the piccalilli and finely chop
   3rd Mix it with the sauce from the piccalilli and add the horseradish
   4th Remove the toast from the grill and the butter untoasted side.
   5th Spread the mixture on the bread piccalilli
   6th Place the cheese on
   7th Grill to melt, cut in half and serve
